Never fear using this disinfectant on clear plastics, Plexiglass, vinyl, laminated, or painted surfaces. Safetec Disinfectants give cosmetology, skin, and hair businesses confidence and security.

In most cases, disinfecting is a two-step process. The first step is to properly clean the area. The second step is disinfecting.

Follow the following two-step process:

First Step: Cleaning

• Wet surface sufficiently and clean with a mop, sponge, cloth to clean the area thoroughly

Second Step: Disinfecting

• To disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces. Spray Sanizide Pro 1 product as necessary to thoroughly wet the surface to be treated
• Treated areas must remain visibly wet for 1 minute to kill all pathogens listed on this label
• For visibly soiled surfaces, clean before following disinfecting instructions.
• Allow surfaces to air dry

This product will not harm most surfaces. Do not use on unpainted wood or leather. Not for use on people or pets.

Always store Safetec Sanizide Pro 1 in its original container do not transfer into any other container.  It is ready to use, however it is a non-refillable container. Do not refill or reuse.

Offer to recycle if available or discard empty container in the trash for disposal.

Keep out of reach of children. It is important to store any sanitizing or disinfecting solutions in a closed cabinet with locking capabilities. Label accordingly.

Disinfecting Instruments

For use as a cleaning and pre-contaminant immersion solution:

• Place instruments in a stainless steel or glass container with a sufficient amount of this Safetec Sanizide Pro 1 so as to allow for complete submersion
• Cover the container and immerse at room temperature (68°F/20°C) until ready for disinfection or sterilization
• Remove and rinse instruments
• Follow with appropriate disinfection or sterilization process
• Discard solution after each use

Pre-Cleanse Instruments

• Pre-cleanse instruments use a hard stiff brush (nylon) to pre-cleanse instruments to remove soil.  Use a pH (7)-neutral detergent
• Make sure instruments are visibly clean and free from debris
• After instruments are clean this is a good time to inspect for defects or flaws
• It is important to rinse instruments thoroughly before using a disinfecting solution
