Oily Acne Skincare Kit

Oily acne skincare kit is the perfect balance for mild, moderate, or severe acne or oily skin conditions. The concerns that contribute to oily, acne skin are an over-production of sebaceous secretion; a waxy oily substance called sebum. The probiotic-driven ingredient, BetaGlucan protects the skin against daily sensitivities and maintains skin balance.

Many things can trigger this activity, such as hot, humid climates. Vigorous exercise, or hormonal imbalances. There are many contributing factors. However, what estheticians see the most is clients over-cleansing, or over-exfoliating their skin.

This can be a major contributing factor to unbalanced oily skin.  In the Oily Skin Care Kit, there is one important product that is used for at-home treatment. The Renewal Serum 10% lactic acid, citric acid, and a probiotic-driven ingredient. 

In the beginning because of the over-accumulation of dead skin cells and the solidified oil that is around and inside the follicle. It is recommended to have a client with oily or acne skin use the Renewal Serum in the morning.

The daily exfoliation helps to remove and decrease the amount of solid sebum that has become blackheads (comedones) or other oily skin conditions that are usually present.

If clients are outdoors or partake in outdoor activities then let clients use the Renewal Serum only at night.

Why it works

Morning 4-Step Routine

• Salicylic Gel Cleanser clarifying solution Probiotic-driven ingredient: Apply salicylic gel cleanser directly on the skin before adding water. Massage for 1 minute. Moisten hands and massage for another minute. Rinse using tepid (lukewarm) water. Do not rinse with “hot water”. Salicylic Gel is gentle even for oily-sensitive skin. Pat dry.
• BHA/AHA Toner probiotic-driven ingredient: Apply salicylic toner and saturate a round cotton pad. Once the pad is saturated apply it to the face and areas of concern. Manipulate with fingers until the toner is absorbed completely.
• Renewal Serum 10% lactic concentrate + LSS™ delivery: Apply 1-2 pumps for face, neck, and decollete. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Clients may apply to the bone of the under-eye area but not directly under the eye. ** Once skin is balanced you may use the Renewal Serum at night time only.
• Moisture Booster hyaluronic acid + LSS™ delivery: Apply 1-2 pumps. Blend well. Apply around the eyes as an eye serum for additional hydration.
• Antibac Essentials lysozyme protection + LSS™ delivery Probiotic-driven ingredient: Apply 1-2 pumps to face and areas of concern. Blend well. Note* Antibac Essentials may be applied to targeted troubled areas.

When using Renewal Serum 10% as a part of a morning routine, make sure to apply SOL Defense SPF 30 physical sunscreen for daily sun protection.

How to use

• Retinol Level 1 serum: Apply 1-2 pumps for the face, neck, and decollete. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Clients may apply to the bone of the under-eye area but not directly under the eye. Use once, twice, or no more than three times a week. Make sure applications are 48-72 hours apart.
• Renewal Serum 10% lactic acid: When not using Retinol Level 1, may use the Renewal Serum once or twice a week.
• Antibac Essentials lysozyme protection + LSS™ delivery Probiotic-driven ingredient: Apply 1-2 pumps to face and areas of concern. Blend well. Note* Antibac Essentials may be applied to targeted troubled areas.

Oily skin conditions repair and recover the best at night. It is important to have clients remember to use their home skincare routine at night. It stimulates the exfoliation process of the skin while repairing the skin for healthy long-term results.
