Microdermabrasion O-ring Set secures a tight fit for our manufactured disposable tips. It is important to create a closed loop system when performing a microdermabrasion treatment.  A closed loop system creates an air tight environment so an esthetician may have proper vacuum and crystal flow during the treatment.

In the 1990’s it would have been a bad idea to use microdermabrasion in a room that had a steamer.

How to check?

View the o-ring under the disposable tip. The size of the o-ring is 14 mm.

• Check for cracks, wear and tear to the o-ring.
• If the o-ring needs to be replaced, replace with 14 mm.
• Slide the o-ring over the top of the hand piece until it fits in the groove.
• Once in the groove press the o-ring into the groove to make sure it has complete contact.
• Apply the disposable tip and make sure it has a secure tight fit.
• Test the machine
• Make sure the machine has a proper motor reading
• Make crystal and vacuum adjustments to test the machine’s performance
