Large Blue Filter for non-skin for life machines

The large blue filter is specific to certain older machines. Mainly built in the late 90’s and need parts today to support the health of older machines. Certain machines use this type of filter. For example: Blue Diamond, Diamond Fusion, Diamond Oxy Derm Fusion, Athena, or some of the Edge Systems crystal microdermabrasion machines.

The filter size for those above machines are: approximately 1″ Length x 3/4″ Width x 3″ Height.

Do not clean the large blue filters. Filters must only be replaced when they have reached their maximum use of 20-25 treatments. Do not wet filters or they may hinder the performance or damage the machine. Therefore, it is important to keep replacement filters dry.

However, if a buildup of crystals are on the filter, a skin care professional may use compressed air to remove the buildup of material or use a dry brush.

Before selecting a replacement filter, measure current machine filter. For instance, measure the length, width and height of the filter before ordering online. Filters must be changed every 15-20 treatments. One pass of a microdermbrasion crystal or organic grain hand piece is considered one treatment pass.

• Canisters – check the seal around the opening
• Filters – if not changed may cause harm to the internal component of the machine
