Stainless Steel #10 Blade
Dermaplaning Stainless Steel #10 Blade contains a metal composition that keeps it from staining when used with a solution. The curve edge of the blade is perfect for exfoliating hard to reach places like around the nose, around the mouth area or the cleft of the chin.
#10 blade makes life easier when performing a thorough dermaplaning skin procedure. The angle of the blade makes it possible to scalpel corners, crevices and grooves that might be difficult to reach with a rounded edged blade.
Dermaplaning Stainless Steel #10 Blade has lateral pressure durability. This blade is excellent for precision use when working around the corner of the mouth. Skin therapists are precise when it comes to removing fine hair around the mouth area, especially the edge of the lip area.
Another area is in between the brows. This area may sometimes need a bit more attention when removing dead skin cells and fine hair. The #10 Blade is a perfect blade for such an area. The curved head is easy to maneuver when working in smaller areas or areas that or grooved.
Spa professionals like the #10 blade as an add on to #10R or #14 blades. Provides a detailed, precision application with every use.
Quality First!
Skin for Life has premium steel blades. We work with companies that are ISO certified for quality assurance, energy efficient and environmentally conscious.
To assure quality standards our blades undergo a 200% visual inspection and the results are ZERO defects.
When using dermaplaning oil it is essential to know the difference between stainless steel and carbon steel. Each are high quality blades but may perform differently.
Our Stainless steel and Carbon steel blades have a combination of a razor edge and a micro-serrated edge that stays consistently sharp with every application. Using this type of blade over dermaplaning oil provides a longer blade use throughout the skin treatment.
It is common to use more than one blade during a dermaplaning skin treatment. #10 blade is great for corners, crevices and grooves on the skin. As we become older the skin, muscle and bone changes. Therefore creating more crevices and elongated corners that may have poor elasticity.
Perform safe & effective dermaplaning techniques with quality and sterile blades.
The Blade Difference
#10R blade is known for being a “butter blade”. Perfect for the delicate cheek area, neck, and around the mouth. The skin is smooth, silky, and bright. This blade has a light touch when skin professionals perform a dermaplaning skin procedure. Clients with thin skin, light vellus hair, or with the mild stratum corneum build-up will benefit with a renewed, refreshed, and vibrant skin complexion.
#14 blade is excellent for a thicker stratum corneum or a heavier hair composition. #14 blade is perfect for the body such as arms or chest areas. As skin becomes more affected by sun and damaging rays to the stratum corneum it is less likely to turn over as quickly for a renewed skin appearance.
When incorporating the #10 blade into your skin treatment remember this blade is excellent for areas of the skin that may require a bit more finesse when removing hair from around the mouth, the edge of the lips, or next to the hairline. #10 blade is great for adding precision to a dermaplaning skin treatment for a smoother, refinished healthier-looking skin.
Using the #10 blade will increase cell turnover while creating epidermal stimulation for a renewed and brighter skin appearance.
