What to expect

• When we receive the equipment we perform an extensive checklist of operations and parts. This provides us with the necessary information to share with our customer
• We contact our customer and share all the details:
  • Repair & Part Cost
  • The time of completion
  • The guaranteed equipment warranty for parts and service of the equipment is 90-days
• We receive approval from our customers before beginning the repair.
• If our customers do not approve the repair or service, the only cost to the customer is shipping and an evaluation fee of $50.00 for non-skin-for-life machines.
