However, due to the gray foam filter’s porous material it is recommended to use a can of compressed air to remove build up from every treatment use.

The life of the filters depend on proper machine maintenance. The benefits of using compressed air makes the gray foam filter reusable. It is important to replace gray foam filters after 10 treatments. However, cleaning the gray foam with compressed air protects the internal components of Nue Skin Microdermabrasion machine.

Here are the proper instructions:

• Wear Gloves when performing routine cleaning to treatment room
• Remove waste canister plastic jar 
• Empty contents of plastic waste canister jar
• Remove Gray Foam Filter
• Remove as much material from the gray foam filter as possible
• Use Compressed Air to spray gray foam filter so it is without any aluminum oxide crystals or organic grains. Note** Do not spray too close and spray in short burst to remove waste materials
• Apply the Gray Foam Filter over the Blue LT Filter so it covers it completely
• Thread the empty canister, make sure it is tight and secure
• Test Your machine before performing the next treatment
