Free Shipping

  • United States: Licensed Beauty Professionals receive free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • Canada: Customers receive free shipping on orders of $250 USD or more of Skin for Life Pure Science skincare at regular, non-sale prices.
  • International Customers receive a detailed quote along with shipping cost. International customers may qualify for special pricing and volume discounts based on the products and quantities ordered. Contact Skin for Life for a personalized quote.

Delivery

  • United States: USPS, FedEx, or UPS — free, 2 to 7 business days.
  • Canada: FedEx International Connect — free, 2 to 9 business days.
  • International Shipping: FedEx International Connect — 3 to 9 business days
Skin for Life evaluates costs and ships in the safest and most effective way, with the best possible transit times. During certain seasons, carriers may be delayed due to weather conditions or other unforeseen delays.

Tracking

Skin for Life customer service will email tracking details using the contact information in your account profile. Please keep your contact information up to date to help minimize errors.
Please track your package daily until you receive it. You can also manage your delivery at any time on the carrier’s website.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days after placing your order at skinforlife.com or by phone, please notify Skin for Life.

Canada and International Customers— Taxes and Duties

Skin for Life provides customs clearance, but taxes and/or duties are the customer’s responsibility. The carrier will contact you about any taxes or duties owed before delivery, and Skin for Life will make sure the carrier has your email address and phone number. Please refer to your emailed invoice for additional information when speaking with the carrier.
